We will move along as quickly as possible. Please do not call about the status of your order. We cannot possibly answer all calls about the status of an order. If we did we couldn't get our work done. Sending an email is the best way to get a reply but the reply will take some time. Because we ship through the post office we are limited to shipping on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. When shipping is heavy we ship on Saturdays. The only "free" time we have is on Thursday and Friday to answer emails. We cannot guarantee that we will respond to your email in a timely manner but we will try. Keep in mind that our "free" time is neede to maintain the current crop and transplant more plants for later in the season. WE DO NOT HAVE FREE TIME THIS TIME OF YEAR!!! When we print the postage you will be emailed tracking information. Using the tracking number that will be sent to you, you can go to www.usps.com to track your shipment. We ship alpines from Delaware and it takes 2-3 days. It's generally 3 days to the West Coast but we have seen orders get to the West Coast in 2 days. Regarding inventory of alpines - 'Pineapple Crush' is currently showing it to be sold out. We are not sold out per se, we have future availability. In essence, we don't have plants available to ship right now. We will have more available later in the season so check back periodically or fill out the notifications box on the product page to be notified when inventory is added. Demand far exceeds our capabilities so order early. We have added alpine plug trays as a product recently. You can choose from several popular varieties. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to some state due to Japanese Beetle Quarantine. We will meet soon with our Department of Agriculture Inspector to see what we need to do to comply with regulations to ship to the whole U.S. We are hopeful that we can come up with a solution. We consider this a top priority because our growing season here in Delaware is not compatable with growing seasons in warmer growing zones. Plugs could fill some of the need, especially for wholesalers and nurseries. We realize that this is not a solution to home gardeners but one issue at a time. We have a new policy about email orders or phone orders. We simply cannot under any circumstances take these types of orders. Orders now being taken for fall shipment of musk strawberries. Other possible crops for fall include Fragaria x ananassa 'Delmarvel', F. vesca 'Hawaii 4'. Others are being considered.
