Not all of these products are produced by us but they are produced by reputable worm farmers who we know and trust. When we setup a bin and don't have enough worms to do so, we buy from these farmers. It's a sort of "worm network". 

 All of the worms we sell are priced with shipping included. We ship only within the Continental U.S. for the prices quoted. NO Alaska or Hawaii orders, please. We can ship to Canada but extra charges may be added to your order to cover the additional shipping. 

Worms are harvested on Monday and shipped on Tuesday. We must have your order by 9:00 a.m. Eastern U.S. Time on Saturday to be shipped the following Tuesday. Orders received after this time will be shipped 2 weeks later. We are dealing here with livestock, so to speak, and we must know ahead of time how many to harvest. 

We guarantee live delivery as long as you do what you have to on your end. You must be present when the order arrives. Not being present for the delivery negates the live delivery guarantee. If you cannot be present when the order is delivered, let us know at the time that you place the order of this fact and we will ask the postal carrier to hold the shipment at the post office.
