Below is a pretty cool image of a new variety we are testing. It is Fragaria vesca 'Golden Dessert'. The seeds we received are pelleted with green sugar. Here's an extreme closeup of the seedling emerging from the sugar pellet. The whitish glob to the right of the green pellet shell is a grain of perlite.
